Do you work with individuals or only organizations?
Both. Drive Influence serves individual senior leaders through executive coaching and APEX, and serves organizations through consulting engagements including offsites, leadership councils, and program design. The contact form above will route your inquiry to the right path.
How long does a typical coaching engagement last?
Our coaching packages run from a single session to a full 12-session annual engagement. Most clients start with a 6-session package over three to six months. All engagements begin with a free discovery call to determine the right fit and format.
Can Drive Influence work with our entire leadership team?
Yes — this is exactly what our Leadership Council and consulting engagements are designed for. We work with intact teams at the director and VP level, building shared language, accountability culture, and leadership capability across the group. Contact us to discuss scope and format.
Do you work with non-profits and universities?
